Paul, the Dad
Coldwater, LLC is a family-owned and -operated company. We provide comprehensive erosion control, excavation, and land management solutions. Our dedicated employees take pride in their accomplishments in residential and commercial excavation and landscaping. We listen to our customers' vision in detail, then bring it to life. We are Class A licensed, as well as Responsible Land Disturbed and Insured. We service King & Queen County and all surrounding areas. We strive for customer satisfaction. We will come to your site, evaluate your project, develop a plan, carry it out, and perform a final inspection after the project is complete to ensure customer satisfaction. No job is too small or too large for us.
In their free time, our team loves hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. We are truly a family here.
The Coldwater Team
Travis & Angela:
Travis Morris, the founder of Coldwater, LLC, began clearing land with his father, Paul, as a teenager. Paul cleared the property for locals, and Travis was right beside him, helping to get the jobs done. Travis started his own successful business in 2005. Years later, Travis partnered with his wife, Angela, and in September 2019, Coldwater LLC was born. Travis and Angela have been married for 23 years and counting. Together, they've created a successful dream team both personally and professionally. They are equally
passionate about their work, and they work hard to achieve exceptional results. Travis focuses on quality and truly cares about what his customers think. This pushes him to strive for excellence. Travis and Angela have 3 daughters (Kaylee, Kelsey, and Karlie) and 2 grandsons.
Cody
Cody started with the first business Travis owned when he was 19. Cody went to work elsewhere for a year before joining Coldwater in February of 2022 as Coldwater's reputation began to accelerate. Cody is Travis' Right hand man. He is experienced and trusted to handle any job when Travis is not available. He knows exactly what needs to happen when he handles a project resulting in successful outcomes. Cody is married to Abby and has 3 daughters and loves his family. We couldn't do what we do with out him and his experience with us.
Josh
Josh started with Coldwater in February of 2024. Josh is Travis' brother and also helped his dad clearing land when he was younger. Josh worked with a large company before coming to Coldwater and specializes in detailed projects. He is married to his wife Rachel and has two kiddos named Natalie and Nolan.
Chandler
Chandler started at Coldwater in June of 2021. Chandler is a respected volunteer firefighter. He is an experienced and valuable Laborer and he's the youngest on the team. Chandler is our "back" when it comes to laborious work and has an incredible work ethic.
Jay
Jason "Jay" started at Coldwater in February of 2024. Jay is a respected volunteer firefighter and a valuable Laborer. Jay and Angela have been friends since preschool (40+ years), and Jay is known as an all-around nice guy with an incredible work ethic. Jay is married to Tabitha and has two kids, Madison and Cody.
